Refund Policy

Excluding Sundays and Government holidays, We usually take 5 days to make the Order and will ship it on 6th Day. We are partnered with DTDC Courier Service and the following is our delivery commitment for the Metro, Urban and Semi Urban Cities within India. Villages & Hill stations may take 2 more days in addition to these days.

Within Karnataka: 2 to 3 Days.
Tamilnadu, Kerala & Andhra Pradesh: 3 Days.
Northern India: 4 Days.
Eastern & Western India: 5 Days

If the package is opened or tampered, we suggest you to not to accept the courier and inform us for the fresh shipment.

In case, if the items are delivered later than the committed timelines, and if you no longer require the products, we request you to resend the unopened package. On receiving the items, we will refund you the Invoice amount Three working days.

In case, if you receive the defective items or the items are not as per your specification, you are requested to intimate us immediately through WhatsApp @ +91-8754032250 within Two Days of receiving the product. Your invoice amount will be fully refunded on returning the products to us. Request for refund/exchange will not be entertained for the claims lodged after 3 days of receiving the products.
